2015
Founding
The vision was clear: team up with the best available technologies and manufacturers to become a leading global partner in fuel additive component sourcing and distribution.
PerFuel was established in Paris with a mission to deliver high-performance solutions and unmatched service to the petroleum industry.
2016
Set-up in North America
Our first major international expansion. PerFuel opened in Houston, TX, USA the energy capital of the world.
We launched terminal operations to serve refineries, terminals, and distributors across the United States with proximity storage and fast delivery.
2019
Expanding Across North America
To better serve the Canadian market, we established PerFuel Canada and launched terminal operations in Saskatoon, SK.
This strategic location enabled us to supply the growing demand for fuel additives across Western Canada.
2020
Strengthening the US Network
We extended our terminal operations to two critical logistics hubs: Chicago (Midwest) and Los Angeles (West Coast).
This expansion gave us coast-to-coast coverage in the USA and reinforced our commitment to proximity and service.
2023
Set-up in UK
We expanded our European presence by establishing PerFuel in UK (London office and Terminal operations).
We positioned to serve the UK and broader European markets with local expertise and seamless logistics.
2024
Strategic Expansion into Central America
Recognizing Panama's strategic importance as a global shipping hub, we established PerFuel in Panama and launched terminal operations in Panama City.
This move strengthened our ability to serve cargo treatment, export operations, and the Central and South American market.
2025
Accelerated Growth Across the Americas
A landmark year of expansion :
- Monterrey, Mexico – Terminal operations to serve the Mexican refining and distribution market
- Toronto, Canada – Eastern Canada coverage and enhanced national reach
- New Orleans, USA – Gulf Coast operations and cargo treatment services
- Buenos Aires, Argentina – Service South America's key fuel market

Entering Asia-Pacific
Our first step into the Asia-Pacific region. The Singapore office serves as our commercial hub for the region, enabling us to support clients across Eastern and Southeast Asia, and neighboring countries with world-class fuel additive solutions.
